Welcome to CloudDrive. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CloudDrive, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

CloudDrive provides cloud-based file storage and sharing services. We offer:

• 40GB of free storage for all users
• Secure file upload, download, and management
• Access to files from any device with internet connection
• Premium plans with additional storage capacity

3. Account Registration

To use CloudDrive, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CloudDrive to:

• Upload, store, or share illegal content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful software
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for spam or fraudulent activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload to CloudDrive. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Storage Limits

Free accounts receive 40GB of storage. You may purchase additional storage through our premium plans. If you exceed your storage limit, you may be unable to upload new files until you delete existing files or upgrade your plan.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs.

8. Payment Terms

For premium plans:

• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be immediately revoked
• Your stored files may be deleted after a 30-day grace period
• No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

CloudDrive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudDrive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloudDrive and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
